Major IlLNESS BANK Information
Per contract, the Union has established a sick bank which allows members who have a prolonged illness that are medically certified and filed with HR the ability to appeal to the EPEA for up to twenty-five (25) additional sick leave days after their accrued sick leave has been exhausted. If you are not interested in participating in the sick bank, please complete the opt out-form below by Friday, September 20. If we do not receive a signed opt-out form we will automatically enroll you in the sick bank.
